How do I pay for my stork rental sign?
We accept Visa and MasterCard as over the phone as payment for the rental fee. You can also send and Electronic Email Transfer. Orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery, set-up, pick-up is $50 within our GTA limits. Please contact our office to confirm the delivery cost for your area.
How far in advanced should I order the announcement?
The sooner we know the more time we have to prepare your personalized sign. We are happy to take a request for scheduled C-sections ahead of time. We strive to have your sign in the yard within 24 hours of your call. Our goal is to have the sign up to welcome mom and new baby home.
When do you deliver and pick-up lawn signs?
We deliver and pick up signs 7 days a week.
Does someone have to be home when the birth annoucement lawn sign is being delivered or picked up?
No. Times and dates for pick up and delivery will be set when the sign is ordered.
Is there a refund policy?
You will receive a full refund if any of the following apply:
You cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours in advance
Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign
You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply:
The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period
If a dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property.
